Returns, Exchanges & Replacements
- You may request a return, exchange, or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- Email support@artier.in with your order details to start the process.
- Once approved, we will arrange a pick-up within 24-48 hours, or you may send the item back to our warehouse if pick-up service is unavailable.
- After a quality check, your request will be processed.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds are issued as store credit, which can be used on future purchases.
- Store credit is valid for 6 months and redeemable at our online store.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange an item if:
- It is damaged or defective.
- The shipping package is also damaged.
- It is in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- You wish to exchange it for another product of equal or higher value.
If purchased as a set, all items must be returned/exchanged together.
