By using the Artier website and/or initiating a purchase request for product(s) on the portal, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you are advised not to transact on artier.in.

We may update this policy from time to time, affecting the terms that govern shipping of orders placed on artier.in. Please check the policy periodically to ensure you understand the terms and conditions applicable at the time of your transaction.

 

Order Processing

  • Please allow 48 hours for order processing, subject to product availability and payment verification.
  • Once an order is placed, modifications and cancellations are not allowed. Please ensure all details are correct before checkout.
  • We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. All orders ship from Haryana, India.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.

 

Refunds for Unavailable Items

  • Due to high demand, items may become unavailable even after purchase.
  • In such cases, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via check mailed to the order address.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank statement.

 

Order Cancellations by Artier

  • All orders are reviewed by our processing team and may be canceled by Artier if necessary.
  • You will receive an email notification if your order is canceled.

 

Shipping & Tracking

  • Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, or markdown periods.

  • Shipping times do not include the 24-hour order processing window.

 

Pre-Order Policy

  • Pre-order items ship upon arrival at our facility.
  • Customers are charged at checkout for pre-order items.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

 

Final Sale Items

  • During sales or promotions, all sales are final.
  • Artier reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice.
  • Price adjustments for previously purchased items are not offered.
